Complimentary Pre-Season Tickets for Okanagan Fire Evacuees & First Responders

To our community: thank you for your resilience, courage, and dedication.

The Kelowna Rockets and Prospera Place are proud to offer complimentary tickets to upcoming home pre-season games this September. We invite local fire evacuees and frontline first responders to join us for an evening of hockey on us as a small token of our appreciation and support.

Ticket confirmations will be emailed on September 1, 2026. This form will be live until 11:59 PM PT on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Priority: Open to residents aged 19 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Priority allocation will be granted to confirmed Okanagan wildfire evacuees (verified via provided residential address) and active first responders.

Ticket Limits: Maximum of four (4) complimentary tickets per household. Duplicate submissions using the same name, address, or email will be voided.

Game Selection: Limit of one (1) pre-season game selection per household (either September 5 or September 12).

Fulfillment & Availability: Submitting a request does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Confirmed recipients will be notified via email with digital ticket delivery or pickup instructions.

Non-Transferable: Complimentary tickets have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or upgraded, and are strictly prohibited from resale. Any attempted resale will result in immediate cancellation of the tickets.
